Our team, led by board-certified pediatric dentists Dr. Ronald Hsu and Dr. Elysia Sybert, is dedicated to creating a fun, welcoming environment where children and parents feel confident and empowered. Meet the Dentists

Dr. Ronald Hsu, DDS, M.S.

Board Certified Pediatric Dentist

My family and I have called Clark County home for more than 10 years. During this time, I have cared for over 10,000 children, and it’s been a privilege to enrich my life by serving them. I completed my general dentistry training at the University of Washington and my pediatric specialty training at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. This foundation has given me a unique perspective on oral and dental health—focusing on prevention and empowering families to adopt lifelong healthy habits. Fluent in Mandarin and knowledgeable in Korean, I strive to connect with families from all backgrounds.

Outside of work, my wife Misty and I are proud parents of five children, and we stay involved with the Hockinson and Vancouver School Districts.

Dr. Lilia Yu, DDS

Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Lilia is a board-trained pediatric dentist who believes that early dental visits should be positive, gentle, and even fun. Her goal is to help children feel safe and confident at the dentist, turning first appointments into happy experiences and building lifelong healthy habits.

Originally trained as a dentist in Taiwan, Dr. Lilia brings a global perspective and a calm, patient-centered approach to every visit. As she continued her journey to the United States, she completed her pediatric dentistry residency at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she received advanced training in caring for children of all ages and needs.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Lilia has a strong passion for education. She has served as faculty and course director at the University of Detroit Mercy, teaching and mentoring future dentists. This academic background allows her to provide care that is both compassionate and firmly grounded in the latest evidence-based techniques.

Outside the office, Dr. Lilia loves music, video games, and all things Disney — interests that help her connect easily with kids and make dental visits feel a little more magical.

Dr. Elysia Sybert, DDS

Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist

I was born and raised in Sonoma County, California, and earned both my bachelor’s and dental degrees at UCLA. After completing a hospital dentistry residency at UCSF and pediatric training at USC, I’ve had the pleasure of working in California, South Carolina, and now the beautiful Pacific Northwest. One of my favorite parts of pediatric dentistry is providing preventive care that has a lifelong impact. I’m board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a proud member of several esteemed dental associations.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy cooking with my husband, spending time with our rescue pup, and exploring Portland’s incredible food scene.

With six high-efficiency air filtration units running during clinic hours and one left on overnight, we’ve gone the extra mile to eliminate airborne contaminants and provide a clean, healthy space for your family. This extra level of protection makes airborne transmission of disease virtually impossible in our clinic, setting us apart as a leader in pediatric dental care.
